We are a business based on
success fees.
There are two options:
- The Support Option. We handle the price negotiation from start to finish. Being unemotionally attached to a property purchase ensures that The House Buyers Agent can objectively guide and advise on the most appropriate price negotiation strategy. Our fees for this service range from 0.75% to 1.25% of the purchase price (based on complexity of the transaction).
Case Study (Hampshire, Q1 2022)We negotiated the best price of £762,500 (Guide Price of £795,000). The fee was 1% and equated to £7,625.00.

- The Saver Option. Again, we handle the negotiation from start to finish. Being unemotionally attached to a property purchase ensures that The House Buyers Agent can objectively guide and advise on the most appropriate price negotiation strategy. This service option is a no win, no fee solution. We establish what purchase price our Clients consider is fair and reasonable to pay. If we can secure a lower purchase price on their behalf, our fees are 25% of the differential.
